Which Audio Formats Are Supported?

The platform supports only uncompressed / lossless audio formats approved by major streaming services. The following codecs and formats are accepted:

• PCM (Pulse-Code Modulation) — .wav
• FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) — .flac
• AIFF (Audio Interchange File Format) — .aif
• Studio-quality standard: 44.1 kHz / 16 bit / Stereo

Compressed formats such as MP3, AAC, M4A, OGG, and similar are not accepted, as they do not meet DSP mastering requirements.

Check Your Audio Levels

Before uploading, make sure your track is properly normalized and professionally mastered. The recommended final master peak level is: -0.30 dB.

• avoid clipping and digital distortion,
• check stereo balance and dynamics,
• always listen to the final master after export.

Check the File Name

Upload errors often occur when file names contain unsupported characters. Do NOT use the following in file names:

• special characters: $ % # @ ! & * ( ) { } [ ]
• emojis,
• double spaces, slashes, quotation marks, or dots at the end of the file name.

Recommended file naming format: ArtistName - TrackTitle.wav

Other Possible Technical Reasons

• the audio file is corrupted or exported with errors,
• sample rate or bit depth is below 44.1 kHz / 16 bit,
• the audio contains clicks, pops, noise, or glitches,
• incorrect channel format (mono files are not accepted),
• the file size is too small due to incomplete or failed export.
