How Do I Get My Sales Report?

Financial Reporting, Formats, and Export Options

Your dashboard provides detailed sales and royalty reports in HTML and CSV formats. Regardless of the report type or the number of downloads, all reports are provided free of charge.

Available Report Types

  • Standard Report — generated automatically based on monthly and quarterly results;
  • Custom Report — generated based on your selected filters and settings.

Standard reports cover your entire published catalog: all artists, all releases, and all tracks. Custom reports are useful for individual analytics and for sharing with artists.

How to Access a Standard Report

  • open the Financial Reports section in your dashboard;
  • find the required monthly or quarterly report;
  • choose a viewing option:
  • — open in HTML;
  • — download in CSV format;
  • — view breakdown by stores or by partners.

When exporting to CSV, please do not close the tab — report generation may take some time.

How to Generate a Custom Report

  • go to the Report Generator section;
  • set the required filters and parameters;
  • choose the output format:
  • — export to CSV;
  • — export to HTML;
  • — open the HTML report directly in your browser.

This option is especially useful for preparing individual reports for artists, partners, or accounting.
