Who Can Become Our Client

• Age 18 or older.
  Distribution is available only to individuals over the age of 18 or legally registered entities.
• You are the author of original music.
  We accept only original musical works created by you personally or by your team.
• You are a label with a legally compliant roster.
  All artists in your roster must have valid agreements allowing the publication and use of their musical catalog.
• Active social media or online platforms.
  You must have active public profiles where your musical content can be reviewed to confirm genuine artistic activity.

Strictly Prohibited

• Publishing someone else’s music without official licensing agreements from the rights holders.
• Using samples, vocal parts, libraries, or any sound elements without legal rights for commercial use.
• Using third-party images, photographs, artwork, or other visuals on release covers without rights for commercial use.

Legal Actions in Case of Claims

If substantiated claims from third parties are received, the distributor has the right to:

• request supporting documents from the client,
• temporarily block the release,
• remove the release unilaterally until the situation is fully resolved.
